At Robb's Pillow Furniture Futons, Mattresses & Bean Bags we strive to bring the highest in customer satisfaction, and are interested in any questions, comments, or suggestions you have to offer.
All our Pillow Furniture products are custom and made-to-order, so sales are final. We guarantee the seams for 10 years and additional adjustment foam is available for a minimal shipping fee (or free pickup at our store!).
All other sales are final as well. All the mattresses and frames we offer carry a manufacturer's warranty as well. We will try our hardest to correct any special situations that arise, and will honor all valid warranty claims on products sold. Returns or cancellations will be accepted under some circumstances, at the discretion of the management. Restocking or shipping fees may apply to any returns, exchanges, cancellations, warranty services, etc.
All products featured on this website are also available for pickup at our store in Eugene, Oregon!
