Futon Mattresses

We offer a wide selection of futon styles and builds perfect for customizing the feel of any futon couch. All the futon mattresses we offer are American made by either Otis Beds in Buffalo, NY or Oregon Natural Fiber Mill in Portland, OR. We offer several different build styles, ranging from traditional all-cotton, medium-grade foam and cotton hybrid, and high-grade all-foam builds from Otis Beds. These different styles offer a wide range in the feel of the futon, from a cushy soft couch-like feel to very firm, and everything in between!

Futons Mattresses are generally available in these standard sizes:
28" Chair (Mattress Size 28" x 54")
28" Chair Ottoman (Mattress Size 28" x 21")
Split-Twin 39" Chair (Mattress Sizes 39" x 54" + 39" x 21" Ottoman)
Split-Full 54" Loveseat (Mattress Sizes 54" x 54" + 54" x 21" Ottoman)
Twin (Mattress Size 39" x 75")
Twin XL (Mattress Size 39" x 80")
Full (Mattress Size 54" x 75")
Queen (Mattress Size 60" x 80")
Eastern King (Mattress Size 76" x 80")
California King (Mattress Size 72" x 84")

Custom sizes are available as well in all these builds. Contact Us for a custom quote. Futon Covers are also available for any size, including custom builds, and we offer several sizes and styles of Futon Frames to complete any setup.
