All products are custom made and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We guarantee the seams for life and additional foam is available for a minimal shipping fee, or free locally for all Pillow Furniture Pieces. We will try our hardest to correct any special situations that may arise, and will honor all valid warranty claims on all products sold. Returns will be accepted under some circumstances, and the discretion of the management. Additional restocking or shipping fees may apply to any refunds, exchanges, warranty services, etc.
